The space
The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, but only a minute walk away from the Oxford Road, which has an array of shops and restaurants with cuisines from all over the world. The house has been recently refurbished throughout. The entry area has a bench seat with coat hooks, a mirror and a clock to welcome our guests. Downstairs there is a living room with a comfortable L shaped sofa (this can be opened to sleep 2 people), a smart TV, coffee table and a dining area that seats 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, a washing machine and a large fridge freezer. There’s also a breakout area with a work desk and a sofa. From the kitchen you can go out on the patio and into the large garden. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms. A large master bedroom with a superking size bed which can be separated into two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. There’s also a bathroom with bath and a rainfall shower.

The house is 1 minute away from the Oxford Road, which has a huge variety of restaurants and takeaways. There’s also a big Waitrose less than a mile away from the house.
The house is in a quiet residential cul-de-sac location, but very close to the Oxford Road. The No. 17 bus stop is only a couple of minutes walk away. If you come out of the house through the main entrance and turn right, within 2-300 yards there is a basketball court and a playground.
The house is close to the local Tesco Extra, it’s a 5 minute walk away. The No 17 bus can be taken to get in to town, and the bus stop is less than a 2 minute walk from the house. The street is permits only parking but we have parking at the back of the house for 2-3 cars. Please only park in this designated area, to avoid getting a parking ticket.
