Rules

1. Self Check-In: We offer a hassle-free self check-in system. Instructions will be provided prior to your stay. You can access the property anytime after the official check-in time.

2. Check-In Time: From 3 pm onwards. Early check-ins are not permitted unless previously arranged.

3. Check-Out Time: Strictly by 11am. Please ensure you turn off the heater and radiators, lock all windows and doors and return the key to the keybox on checkout. Ensure you have vacated the property by this time to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.

4. Arrival Recommendations: It's advisable to arrive before 8pm on your first day.

5. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbours and other guests by observing quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Refrain from loud music or noises during this time. Parties are strictly forbidden.

6. Damages & Lost Items: In the event of any damages to the property or its contents, guests will be charged for repairs or replacements. If keys are lost, a charge of £20 will be applied as well.

7. General Etiquette: Treat the property with care and respect, as you would your own home. Report any damages or issues promptly.

8. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

9. Pets: No pets are allowed in the property unless prior arrangements have been made.

10. Safety: Always lock the property when leaving. Ensure all appliances are turned off when not in use.
